Postpartum Nursing%Combine Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine%Breast Milk Yield%Lochia%Mastitis
目的：探讨产后中西医结合护理的临床效果。方法：随机选出产妇100例，分成观察组和对照组各50例，两组人员均住院分娩，接受优质护理。观察组在全面优质护理基础上，实施中西医结合产后护理。结果：两组产妇比较，观察组产后母乳量明显多于对照组（P＜0．05），乳腺炎发生情况观察组显著少于对照组（P＜0．01），产后恶露排尽时间、子宫复旧情况也明显优于对照组，两者相比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：中西医结合在产后护理中的应用有良好效果。

목적：탐토산후중서의결합호리적림상효과。방법：수궤선출산부100례，분성관찰조화대조조각50례，량조인원균주원분면，접수우질호리。관찰조재전면우질호리기출상，실시중서의결합산후호리。결과：량조산부비교，관찰조산후모유량명현다우대조조（P＜0．05），유선염발생정황관찰조현저소우대조조（P＜0．01），산후악로배진시간、자궁복구정황야명현우우대조조，량자상비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。결론：중서의결합재산후호리중적응용유량호효과。
Objective:To research the clinical effect on postpartum nursing combining traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medi -cine.Method:100 pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group 50 cases and control group 50 cases.The two groups would be both hospitalized delivery with high quality nursing care .Under the high quality nursing care , the observation group would re-ceive postpartum nursing combining traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine .Results: To compare the two groups , the breast milk yield of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05);and the first group was significantly better than the second group on mastitis (P<0.01);the exhaustion of lochia and involution of uterus of the former were also better than the lat -ter, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a good effect on postpartum nursing combi-ning traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine .
