目的:研究PDGF及NSE变化对脑出血患者预后的判断意义。方法选择脑出血患者112例,根据14 d神经功能缺损评分分为基本痊愈组、显效组、有效组、无效组。分别与治疗前进行神经功能缺损评分、PDGF及NSE、凝血指标检测。结果显效组神经功能缺损评分、PDGF及NSE较基本痊愈组显著升高(P<0.05),有效组较基本痊愈组及显效组显著性升高(P<0.05),无效组较其余三组均有显著差异(P<0.05)。显效组D-二聚体较基本痊愈组显著升高(P<0.05),有效组较基本痊愈组及显效组显著性升高(P<0.05),无效组较其余三组均有显著差异(P<0.05)。PDGF与D-二聚体及神经功能缺损评分显著正相关(P<0.05),NSE与D-二聚体及神经功能缺损评分显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 PDGF及NSE水平与脑出血预后密切相关,其水平升高提示预后不良。

목적:연구PDGF급NSE변화대뇌출혈환자예후적판단의의。방법선택뇌출혈환자112례,근거14 d신경공능결손평분분위기본전유조、현효조、유효조、무효조。분별여치료전진행신경공능결손평분、PDGF급NSE、응혈지표검측。결과현효조신경공능결손평분、PDGF급NSE교기본전유조현저승고(P<0.05),유효조교기본전유조급현효조현저성승고(P<0.05),무효조교기여삼조균유현저차이(P<0.05)。현효조D-이취체교기본전유조현저승고(P<0.05),유효조교기본전유조급현효조현저성승고(P<0.05),무효조교기여삼조균유현저차이(P<0.05)。PDGF여D-이취체급신경공능결손평분현저정상관(P<0.05),NSE여D-이취체급신경공능결손평분현저정상관(P<0.05)。결론 PDGF급NSE수평여뇌출혈예후밀절상관,기수평승고제시예후불량。
Objective To explore the significance of PDGF and NSE changes on the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage .Methods A total of 112 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into 4 groups according to 14d neurological deficit scores :basically recovered group ,slightly improved group ,effective group ,and ineffective group .Neurological deficit scores ,PDGF and NSE ,and coagulation indicators were evaluated .Results Neuro-logical deficit scores ,PDGF and NSE were the highest in the effective group ,followed by the slightly improved group ,basically recovered group ,and ineffective group (P<0 .05) .D-dimer was the highest in the effective group , followed by the slightly improved group ,basically group and ineffective group ( P<0.05 ) .Both PDGF and NSE were significantly positively corelated with D-dimer and neurological deficit scores (P<0.05) .Conclusion PDGF and NSE levels have close relation with cerebral hemorrhage ,and increased level indicates poor prognosis .
