目的:了解宝鸡市基层医院医务人员工作满意度,并分析其相关因素。方法采用多阶段分层抽样,抽取宝鸡市眉县医务工作人员为研究对象,并进行问卷调查。描述其一般情况,并运用单因素、多因素分析法分析其工作满意度及影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷171份,调查对象平均年龄为(30.4±14.6)岁,其中男性41人(24.6%),女性126人(75.4%)。Pearson相关分析发现所选调查项均与工作满意度存在正相关关系。多元回归模型的决定系数 R2=0.625( P<0.05),显示工作量、工作报酬与基层医务工作人员工作满意度呈正相关,管理制度、工作成长、工作意义与其呈负相关。结论医院及基层政府部门应采取相关措施,提高基层医务人员的工作满意度,稳定医疗队伍。

Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of grassroots medical workers in Baoji city of Shaanxi Province ,and to explore its influencing factors .Methods Grassroots medical workers were selected using a strati-fied cluster sampling method and investigated with questionnaires .The general characteristics were described and the association between job satisfaction and influencing factors was analyzed with single factor analysis or multivariate a-nalysis .Results The average age of 171 subjects was (30 .4 ± 14 .6)years ,with 41 (24 .6% ) men and 126 (75 .4% ) women .Pearson correlation analysis showed the selected contents of the survey were positively correlated with job satisfaction .In the multiple regression analysis ,job satisfaction among grassroots medical workers was positively correlated with workload and salary ,while it was negatively correlated with system of management ,progress and significance in work (R2 =0 .625) .Conclusion More measures should be taken to improve job satisfaction among medical workers in order to stabilize the medical team .
