内质网是真核细胞内重要的细胞器，内质网驻留硒蛋白与内质网蛋白的质量控制及钙平衡调节密切相关，内质网应激是导致细胞凋亡的重要机制之一，在疾病的发生和发展中发挥着重要作用。近年来有关硒蛋白基因多态性与疾病关系的研究日益受到重视。本文对7种内质网驻留硒蛋白的生物学特性、功能及基因多态性等方面进行阐述，以期对内质网驻留硒蛋白基因变异及其与疾病的关系提供新的思路。

The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is an important organelle which is present in all eukaryotic cells .ER selenoproteins are confirmed to be closely associated with protein quality control ,calcium homeostasis ,and other es-sential processes in cells .ER stress is one of the most important mechanisms inducing cell apoptosis ,which plays an important role in disease occurrence and development .In recent years ,the relationship between the gene mutation of the selenoproteins and diseases has aroused much attention .In this review we will focus on the biological characteris-tics ,function and gene polymorphism research about various diseases of the seven ER selenoproteins in order to ex-plore the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases .
