受高空低槽和切变线影响,2009年7月江西章江流域发生了罕见山溪暴雨洪水,造成重大洪涝灾害。通过对本次暴雨洪水特性进行分析,掌握章江流域山溪暴雨洪水特性,提高洪水预报精度,为该流域山洪灾害防治、山洪预测预报等提供依据。
受高空低槽和切變線影響,2009年7月江西章江流域髮生瞭罕見山溪暴雨洪水,造成重大洪澇災害。通過對本次暴雨洪水特性進行分析,掌握章江流域山溪暴雨洪水特性,提高洪水預報精度,為該流域山洪災害防治、山洪預測預報等提供依據。

Influenced by the upper trough and the sheer line, the rare hill stream storm flood, which caused major flood disaster, has happened in Zhangjiang Basin in July 2009. Through analyzing this storm flood character, the feather of hill stream storm flood in Zhangjiang Basin is known and the forecast accuracy of flood is improved. It can provide the basis for the freshet disaster control and forecast.
