简述灾备概念。针对江西省县级山洪灾害监测预警系统存在的问题,防范灾情信息系统数据损失,制定了灾备系统的设计和建设方案,并基于一体化灾备技术,实现了江西省县级山洪预警灾备系统。以期为全国山洪灾害防御非工程措施建设等工作提供参考。
簡述災備概唸。針對江西省縣級山洪災害鑑測預警繫統存在的問題,防範災情信息繫統數據損失,製定瞭災備繫統的設計和建設方案,併基于一體化災備技術,實現瞭江西省縣級山洪預警災備繫統。以期為全國山洪災害防禦非工程措施建設等工作提供參攷。

The concept of disaster backup is stated. A imed at the existing problems for county-level freshet disaster monitoring and early-warning system, the design and construction plan for disaster recovery system is made in order to avoid the data loss of disaster information system. Based on the integration disaster recovery technology, the county-level freshet early-warning disaster recovery system of Jiangxi province is realized. It can be referred for non-engineering measures construction of national freshet disaster prevention.
