设计了基于巴特沃斯数字滤波器的巴特沃斯小波及其滤波器组,并从小波的卷积型定义出发,利用零相位滤波原理实现了没有下抽样环节的具有零相位特性的巴特沃斯小波变换快速算法,成功消除滤波器的非线性相位对分解结果的影响。相对于常用正交小波滤波器组,巴特沃斯小波滤波器组不仅具有更好的频带分离特性,还可通过改变尺度参数来改变对信号的频带划分的方式,从而将原信号高频带分解在更精细的频带范围内,克服了常用正交小波滤波器组频带分离特性不够好,并总按二进方式划分频带、频率分析精度显得不足的固有缺陷。实例分析证明:巴特沃斯小波滤波器组相比于其他常用的正交小波滤波器组具有更好的频带分离特性和更强的微弱故障特征提取能力,非常适合于轴承早期故障诊断。

The Butterworth wavelet and its filter banks based on Butterworth digital filter were designed. The fast algorithm of the Butterworth wavelet transform was established from the viewpoint of the convo-lution definition of the wavelet by use of the Butterworth wavelet filter banks and zero-phase filter.The effect of nonlinear phase on the decomposition result was overcome in the fast algorithm.Compared with the other orthogonal wavelets filter banks,Butterworth wavelet filter banks not only have better band separation capability,but also can change band separation mode by means of changing the scale to decom-pose the signal into the smaller frequency range.As a result,the filter banks overcome the inherent defect that orthogonal wavelets filter banks separate the band only by use of the dyadic mode.The instance ana-lysis to the incipient fault data showed that,compared with the other orthogonal wavelet,the Butter-worth wavelet possesses the better band separation characteristics and can extract the weaker fault feature more effectively.Thus the Butterworth wavelet can widely apply to the bearing incipient fault diagnosis.
