废钢加增碳剂生产球墨铸铁是一种新型的生产技术,用工业生产的钢铁边角余料,加增碳剂生产球墨铸铁件,生产出的产品不仅成本低,而且机械性能大幅度提高。用废钢生产球墨铸铁伸长率达到20%~25%,球化剂加入量为1.2%,增碳剂加入量在42kg/t。

Scrap and carburizing agent in production of ductile iron is a new produce technique, this paper focuses on how to use the steel residue production of ductile iron production.The mechanical properties of scrap steel is much higher than that of pig iron, at the mean time, the hereditary of scrap steel is better than that of pig iron, as a result, So the use of the technology to produce the product not only low cost, but also the mechanical performance is improved greatly.The ductile iron elongation reached 20%~25%, nodularizer addition is 1.2%, carbon agent added in the 42 kg/t.
