职业人文教育与职业技能培养是高职院校人才培养相辅相成的两个方面。要改变高职教育“重技能、轻人文”的现状,必须从转变教育理念、优化课程设置、提升师资队伍、营造校园文化环境等方面着手,实现职业人文素质教育与职业技能培养的融合、渗透,促进学生的全面发展,实现人才培养目标、满足社会需求。
職業人文教育與職業技能培養是高職院校人纔培養相輔相成的兩箇方麵。要改變高職教育“重技能、輕人文”的現狀,必鬚從轉變教育理唸、優化課程設置、提升師資隊伍、營造校園文化環境等方麵著手,實現職業人文素質教育與職業技能培養的融閤、滲透,促進學生的全麵髮展,實現人纔培養目標、滿足社會需求。
직업인문교육여직업기능배양시고직원교인재배양상보상성적량개방면。요개변고직교육“중기능、경인문”적현상,필수종전변교육이념、우화과정설치、제승사자대오、영조교완문화배경등방면착수,실현직업인문소질교육여직업기능배양적융합、삼투,촉진학생적전면발전,실현인재배양목표、만족사회수구。
Vocational humanistic education and vocational skills training are two complementary aspects of personnel training in vocational colleges. In order to change the current phenomenon of"value skills, underrate humanities,"we must change the educational philosophy, optimize the curriculum, upgrade the teacher quality, construct a campus culture environment, achieve the mergence of career humanistic quality and vocational skills training,so as to promote the overall development of students, achieve the training objectives and meet the needs of the community.
