从历届党章的变化看党内民主的发展，党内民主建设主要有以下特征：一、发展历程曲折；二、以加强权力监督为先导；三、以扩大和维护党员的权利为根本；四、以完善代表大会制为保证；五、谨慎地完善党内选举制。
從歷屆黨章的變化看黨內民主的髮展，黨內民主建設主要有以下特徵：一、髮展歷程麯摺；二、以加彊權力鑑督為先導；三、以擴大和維護黨員的權利為根本；四、以完善代錶大會製為保證；五、謹慎地完善黨內選舉製。
종력계당장적변화간당내민주적발전，당내민주건설주요유이하특정：일、발전역정곡절；이、이가강권력감독위선도；삼、이확대화유호당원적권리위근본；사、이완선대표대회제위보증；오、근신지완선당내선거제。
When it comes to the development of intra-Party democracy from the perspective of Party constitution ,the construc-tion of the intra-Party democracy exhibits several distinct characteristics .Firstly ,the development has taken a zigzag course . Secondly ,the priority has been put on the strengthening of supervisory powers .Thirdly ,to magnify and safeguard the rights of Party members has been regarded as fundamental intent .Fourthly ,the perfection of the congress system is deemed as the guarantee of the democratic mechanism .Lastly ,intra-party electoral system should be conducted and bettered attentively .
