通过基于时域有限差分技术的数值模拟平台分析了非线性光子晶体点缺陷缺陷模的动态移动特性,采用泵浦-探测法获得非线性点缺陷的透射谱。泵浦光和探测光选择不同的频率以确保探测光不对非线性缺陷模的动态移动特性产生干扰。分析发现,非线性点缺陷的缺陷模在泵浦光的作用下动态移动,移动幅度不仅与泵浦光的能量有关还与泵浦光的频率有关。进一步地从理论上分析了非线性点缺陷的动态移动特性,所得结论与数值模拟结果一致。该结论为设计光子晶体全光器件提供重要参考。

The dynamic property of nonlinear photonic crystal defects was investigated by use of numerical simulations in a pump-probe scheme based on a finite-difference time-domain technique. The pump and probe waves were set at different frequencies to ensure the clear identification of the dynamic property of the nonlinear photonic crystal defects. It was found that the defect mode of a defect with Kerr nonlinearity will be shifted once the defect is excited by a pump wave and the shift amplitude depends not only on the pump intensity but also on the pump frequency. A careful comparison revealed that very good agreement has been achieved between the analytical and simulation results. The conclusion is of much help for the design of photonic crystal devices.
