在研究侦查错误的理论过程中，除了要研究其概念、界定标准等基础的理论之外，还要对侦查错误的致错结构要件进行深入的研究拓展。比如侦查错误致错结构要件中的主体方面的致错要件、主观方面的致错要件、客体方面致错要件以及客观方面的致错要件等。这样才能从更深的理论与实务层面把握侦查错误的致错过程，不但可以达到打击犯罪、保障人权的作用，而且还可以进一步使侦查工作与国际接轨实现其公正性、科学性以及效率性。
在研究偵查錯誤的理論過程中，除瞭要研究其概唸、界定標準等基礎的理論之外，還要對偵查錯誤的緻錯結構要件進行深入的研究拓展。比如偵查錯誤緻錯結構要件中的主體方麵的緻錯要件、主觀方麵的緻錯要件、客體方麵緻錯要件以及客觀方麵的緻錯要件等。這樣纔能從更深的理論與實務層麵把握偵查錯誤的緻錯過程，不但可以達到打擊犯罪、保障人權的作用，而且還可以進一步使偵查工作與國際接軌實現其公正性、科學性以及效率性。
재연구정사착오적이론과정중，제료요연구기개념、계정표준등기출적이론지외，환요대정사착오적치착결구요건진행심입적연구탁전。비여정사착오치착결구요건중적주체방면적치착요건、주관방면적치착요건、객체방면치착요건이급객관방면적치착요건등。저양재능종경심적이론여실무층면파악정사착오적치착과정，불단가이체도타격범죄、보장인권적작용，이차환가이진일보사정사공작여국제접궤실현기공정성、과학성이급효솔성。
Besides the concept and the definition criterion , key factors to induce errors in investigation , which need a further study , are also very important in the research of the theory about errors in investigation .These fac-tors include:the subjects and the subjective aspects , the objects and the objective aspects , etc.Only when we at-tach attention to the factors above , can the study about the errors in investigation be promoted to a deeper and more practical level, which helps not only to combat crime and protect human rights , but also to make our investigation work in line with international standards and realize the impartiality , science and efficiency .
