2013年1月23日12时18分，在辽宁省辽阳市灯塔市与沈阳市苏家屯区交界（41.5oN，123.2oE）发生5.1级地震。地震发生在NE向的营口-佟二堡断裂带附近，地震没有造成人员伤亡和经济损失，震源机制显示为走滑类型地震。地震发生在新出现的地震活动增强区域，震前九个月发生ML4.1地震，并出现明显的小震活跃现象。
2013년1월23일12시18분，재요녕성료양시등탑시여침양시소가둔구교계（41.5oN，123.2oE）발생5.1급지진。지진발생재NE향적영구-동이보단렬대부근，지진몰유조성인원상망화경제손실，진원궤제현시위주활류형지진。지진발생재신출현적지진활동증강구역，진전구개월발생ML4.1지진，병출현명현적소진활약현상。
The M5.1 earthquake occurred in the joint area of Dengta of Liaoyang and Sujiatun of Shenyang city (41.5oN,123.2oE) on January 23, 2013. The earthquake occurred near NE Yingkou-Tongerpu Fault in the northeast direction.The earthquake caused no human casualties and economic losses. In the focal mechanism solution,the earthquake is strike-slip type. The earthquake occurred in a new area of intense seismic activity and a ML4.1 earthquake occurred nine months before the earthquake.
