In this paper, we briefly introduced the status of Oolong tea production and summarized the adjustment and optimization direction of tea industry in Fujian province for the further cooperation and exchange between Fujian and Taiwan tea industry. Thus cooperation suggestions on the tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan for complementary advantages and mutually beneficial win-win in future were put forward: ① tea cultivar resources sharing; ② refining-deep processing interoperability; ③ national tea culture co-hold.
