以粗酯型儿茶素为原料,研究采用大孔吸附树脂和结晶纯化儿茶素单体EGCG的制备工艺。通过比较4种大孔吸附树脂对EGCG的吸附和解吸能力,筛选出最优树脂AB-8,并考察乙醇梯度洗脱等特性,再经过结晶析出EGCG晶体。结果表明:AB-8大孔吸附树脂对EGCG具有较好的吸附选择性,通过10%乙醇洗脱,EGCG产品纯度从54.41%提高到了92.65%,得率达93.38%,结晶后得纯度达98%以上的EGCG单体。

The way to isolate (-)-epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)from crude ester catechins with macroporous adsorptive resins in combination with crystallization was investigated in this paper. After comparing the adsorption and desorption capacities among four macroporous adsorptive resins, the optimal resin was chosen, which were further investigated via evaluating the characteristics of gradient elution with ethanol, and finally monomer EGCG was separated by crystallization. The results showed that macroporous adsorptive resins AB-8 possessed the best adsorption selectivity for EGCG. After eluted by 10%ethanol, the purity of EGCG was enhanced from 54.41%to 92.65%, and the yield reached 93.38%. By crystallization, the purity of monomer EGCG was beyond 98%.
