目的:研究血清催乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平与女性绝经前后发生乳腺癌的关系。方法选取在我院手术治疗的乳腺癌96例及乳腺良性增生144例,将其分为绝经前乳腺癌组(RⅠ组,48例)、绝经后乳腺癌组(RⅡ组,48例)、绝经前乳腺良性增生组(ZⅠ组,88例)与绝经后乳腺良性增生组(ZⅡ组,56例)。采用电化学发光法检测患者外周静脉血血清的催乳素水平。结果RⅠ组催乳素水平明显增高,与 RⅡ组及 ZⅠ组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。 RⅠ组催乳素阳性率均高于 RⅡ组、ZⅠ组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);RⅡ组与 ZⅡ组间阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P =0.776)。 PRL 检测在女性绝经前乳腺癌和绝经后乳腺癌对比中,敏感性(P<0.001)及准确性(P=0.003)均高。结论催乳素在女性绝经前乳腺癌发生、发展中有一定意义,检测催乳素有助于乳腺癌的早期诊断与预防。

목적:연구혈청최유소(prolactin,PRL)수평여녀성절경전후발생유선암적관계。방법선취재아원수술치료적유선암96례급유선량성증생144례,장기분위절경전유선암조(RⅠ조,48례)、절경후유선암조(RⅡ조,48례)、절경전유선량성증생조(ZⅠ조,88례)여절경후유선량성증생조(ZⅡ조,56례)。채용전화학발광법검측환자외주정맥혈혈청적최유소수평。결과RⅠ조최유소수평명현증고,여 RⅡ조급 ZⅠ조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.001)。 RⅠ조최유소양성솔균고우 RⅡ조、ZⅠ조,차차이균유통계학의의(P<0.001);RⅡ조여 ZⅡ조간양성솔비교차이무통계학의의(P =0.776)。 PRL 검측재녀성절경전유선암화절경후유선암대비중,민감성(P<0.001)급준학성(P=0.003)균고。결론최유소재녀성절경전유선암발생、발전중유일정의의,검측최유소유조우유선암적조기진단여예방。
Objective To study the relationship between serum prolactin (PRL) levels and women breast cancer diagnosis .Method A total of 240 patients (breast cancer and breast benign hyperplasia) were recruited and divided into premenopausal breast cancer group ( RⅠ, 48 pa-tients), postmenopausal breast cancer group (RⅡ, 48 patients), premenopausal breast benign hy -perplasia group (ZⅠ, 88 patients) and postmenopausal breast benign hyperplasia group (ZⅡ, 56 patients).The electrochemical luminescence method was used to detect prolactin levels in peripheral venous blood serum.Results PRL level in group RⅠincreased obviously, and it was significantly higher than that of group RⅡ and group ZⅠ (P<0.001).The positive rate of PRL in group RⅠwas significantly higher than that of RⅡ and ZⅠ (P<0.001), but there was no significant diffe -rence between RⅡ and ZⅡ (P=0.776).The sensitivity (P<0.001) and accuracy (P=0.003) of PRL detection in premenopausal patients with breast cancer were higher than those in postmenopaus -al patients.Conclusion These results indicated that PRL contributed to the development of pre -menopausal breast cancer.Detection of serum PRL is helpful for early diagnosis and prevention of breast cancer in premenopausal women .
