采用无冒口铸造工艺对球铁箱盖件进行铸造工艺设计,能够有效地减少箱盖件原工艺存在的缩松缩孔问题,并且能够大大提高铸件的工艺出品率。运用Procast铸造模拟软件模拟了该铸造工艺方案的浇注和凝固过程,结果表明铸型充型过程平稳,铸件温度场分布合理,最后能够得到致密合格的铸件。
採用無冒口鑄造工藝對毬鐵箱蓋件進行鑄造工藝設計,能夠有效地減少箱蓋件原工藝存在的縮鬆縮孔問題,併且能夠大大提高鑄件的工藝齣品率。運用Procast鑄造模擬軟件模擬瞭該鑄造工藝方案的澆註和凝固過程,結果錶明鑄型充型過程平穩,鑄件溫度場分佈閤理,最後能夠得到緻密閤格的鑄件。

Ductile iron cover parts have been designed with head-free casting technology.Shrinkage porosity has been effectively reduced and yielding rate of castings been signiifcantly increased. The iflling and solidiifcation of the casting process have been simulated with procast software, resulting in that:smooth iflling process with reasonable temperature ifeld distribution and qualiifed compact castings obtained.
