目的：探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析了2009年1月-2013年10月所收治的83例泌尿系结石患者，采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗的临床资料，观察其手术方法、临床疗效及并发症情况。结果83例泌尿系结石患者78例一次碎石成功，成功率93．98％，平均碎石时间（31．7±9．12）min，术后2～4周复查KUB检查，结石排净率达90．36％。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗泌尿系结石，疗效确切、安全、组织损伤小，具有碎石成功率和结石排净率高的优点，是目前治疗泌尿系结石的一种较佳微创手术方法，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토수뇨관경하기압탄도쇄석술치료비뇨계결석적림상료효。방법회고성분석료2009년1월-2013년10월소수치적83례비뇨계결석환자，채용수뇨관경하기압탄도쇄석술치료적림상자료，관찰기수술방법、림상료효급병발증정황。결과83례비뇨계결석환자78례일차쇄석성공，성공솔93．98％，평균쇄석시간（31．7±9．12）min，술후2～4주복사KUB검사，결석배정솔체90．36％。결론수뇨관경하기압탄도쇄석치료비뇨계결석，료효학절、안전、조직손상소，구유쇄석성공솔화결석배정솔고적우점，시목전치료비뇨계결석적일충교가미창수술방법，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under the clinical curative effect in the treatment of u -rinary calculi .Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2009 to October 2013 ,83 patients with urinary calculi were treated by ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under treatment using clinical data ,observe the operation method and clinical curative effect andcomplications.Results 78patientswith83casesofurinarycalculiagravelsuccess,successrate93.98%,themeandurationof gravel(31.7 ±9.12)min,2~4 weeks after repeated KUB examination ,stone row of net rate was 90.36%.Conclusions Under uret-eroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi ,efficacy,safety,less injury,has the advantages of high success rate of gravel and stone free rate .Is a kind of better in the treatment of urinary calculi of minimally invasive surgery method ,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
