目的：探讨未经任何抗病毒药物治疗的慢性乙肝患者HBV DNA载量与YMDD自然变异之间的关系。方法筛选51例未经任何抗病毒药物治疗的慢性乙肝患者，检测HBVDNA载量与YMDD变异情况。结果51例标本中检出YMDD变异株13例（25．5％），其中YIDD变异1例，YVDD变异7例，共生变异（ YIDD ＋YVDD）5例；未检出YMDD变异株38例（74．5％）。结论未经任何抗病毒药物治疗的慢性乙肝患者存在YMDD 自然变异，其自然变异的发生率与HBV DNA载量呈正相关。
목적：탐토미경임하항병독약물치료적만성을간환자HBV DNA재량여YMDD자연변이지간적관계。방법사선51례미경임하항병독약물치료적만성을간환자，검측HBVDNA재량여YMDD변이정황。결과51례표본중검출YMDD변이주13례（25．5％），기중YIDD변이1례，YVDD변이7례，공생변이（ YIDD ＋YVDD）5례；미검출YMDD변이주38례（74．5％）。결론미경임하항병독약물치료적만성을간환자존재YMDD 자연변이，기자연변이적발생솔여HBV DNA재량정정상관。
Objective To explore the relationship between HBV DBA load and YMDD mutations in chronic hepatitis B patients without using any antiviral drugs .Methods Fifty-one cases of chronic hepatitis B patients not treated with lamivudine were detected of HBV DNA load and YMDD mutation.Results Of 51 samples YMDD strains were found in 13 cases (25.5%),including 1 case of YIDD mutation ,7 cases of YVDD mutation ,5 cases of symbiotic variation ( YIDD+YVDD) ,and YMDD mutation was not detected in 38 cases (74.5%),in which there were natural variations of YMDD .Conclusions for Chronic hepatitis B patients who were not treated with antiviral drugs had natural variations of YMDD ,the occurrence of which was positively related to HBV DNA load .
