目的：探讨超声声像图特征及超声在微小乳癌中的早期诊断价值。方法回顾性分析病理证实的76例乳腺微小实性病变声像图特征。结果乳腺微小实性病变声像图在边界、后方透声、纵横比、有无钙化方面有统计学差异，恶性病变血流特征明显。结论典型良性微小实性病变诊断较易，部分与恶性病变鉴别困难，超声提示有恶性倾向者宜早期手术。超声对乳腺微小实性病变具有较高的鉴别与诊断价值。
목적：탐토초성성상도특정급초성재미소유암중적조기진단개치。방법회고성분석병리증실적76례유선미소실성병변성상도특정。결과유선미소실성병변성상도재변계、후방투성、종횡비、유무개화방면유통계학차이，악성병변혈류특정명현。결론전형량성미소실성병변진단교역，부분여악성병변감별곤난，초성제시유악성경향자의조기수술。초성대유선미소실성병변구유교고적감별여진단개치。
Objective To evaluate the ultrasonic characteristics and the early diagnostic values of ultrasound on micro solid breast le -sions.Methods The ultrasonic characteristics of 76 cases with micro solid breast lesions identified by pathology were analyzed retro-spectively .Results There were significant differences between malignant and benign micro solid breast lesions in the appearance of the edge,rear echo,the longitudinal-transverse axis ratio and the existence of calcification .The malignant lesions had significant blood flow signals.Conclusions Typical benign micro solid breast lesions can be diagnosed easily except for some non -typical lesions.The ultra-sonography poses clinical practical value to get a high accurate diagnostic rate on micro solid breast lesions .
