目的：观察人脐血干细胞移植术对肝炎后肝硬化失代偿期患者的治疗效果及分析。方法使用产妇分娩后的脐带血，经一系列处理后得到脐血干细胞并于24 h之内经股动脉由肝固有动脉输注入肝硬化患者的肝脏组织内。结果所有患者术后精神、腹水、食欲等相关临床症状及黄疸、腹水等体征均有所改善，肝功能检查白蛋白、总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血氨指标均已达到正常标准，与术前相比可见明显好转（P＜0．05）。结论术后患者临床症状得到明显的改善，相关生化指标有明显好转趋势，说明本治疗方法有效。
목적：관찰인제혈간세포이식술대간염후간경화실대상기환자적치료효과급분석。방법사용산부분면후적제대혈，경일계렬처리후득도제혈간세포병우24 h지내경고동맥유간고유동맥수주입간경화환자적간장조직내。결과소유환자술후정신、복수、식욕등상관림상증상급황달、복수등체정균유소개선，간공능검사백단백、총담홍소、곡병전안매、곡초전안매、혈안지표균이체도정상표준，여술전상비가견명현호전（P＜0．05）。결론술후환자림상증상득도명현적개선，상관생화지표유명현호전추세，설명본치료방법유효。
Objective To observe and analyze the treatment effect of cord blood stem cells transplantation applied in patients with end -stage cirrhosis.Methods We used the umbilical cord blood of puerpera ,got the stem cells by a series of processing ,and slowly injec-ted them into the liver tissue of the patients with end-stage cirrhosis via femoral artery and hepatic artery in 24 hours.Results All the symptoms of patients including mentality ,ascites condition ,appetite ,bilirubin improved .Liver functions including albumin ,total biliru-bin,alanine aminotransferase ,aspartate aminotransferase and ammonia became better and returned to normal .Conclusions The related biochemical indicators improved after stem cell transplantation ,and clinical symptoms obviously got better ,which strongly confirmed the validity of the treatment .
