目的：建立软膏中桉油精和α-蒎烯的含量测定方法。方法采用GC内标法对桉油和松节油进行含量测定，以环已酮为内标。结果桉油中的桉油精在28．093～84．279 mg · L-1内线性关系良好（ r＝0．9999），平均回收率为100．5％， RSD＝1．19％（n＝6）；松节油中的α-蒎烯在28．157～84．526 mg· L-1内线性关系良好（r＝0．9999），平均回收率为99．3％，RSD＝0．64％（n＝6）。结论方法简便、快速、准确，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

목적：건립연고중안유정화α-파희적함량측정방법。방법채용GC내표법대안유화송절유진행함량측정，이배이동위내표。결과안유중적안유정재28．093～84．279 mg · L-1내선성관계량호（ r＝0．9999），평균회수솔위100．5％， RSD＝1．19％（n＝6）；송절유중적α-파희재28．157～84．526 mg· L-1내선성관계량호（r＝0．9999），평균회수솔위99．3％，RSD＝0．64％（n＝6）。결론방법간편、쾌속、준학，중현성호，가작위해제제적질량공제방법。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of eucalyptol and αpinene in ointment .Methods The con-tents of eucalyptus oil and turpentine were obtained by GC with nitrogen as the carrier gas ,and cyclohexanone used as an internal stand-ard.Results The linear range of eucalyptol in eucalyptus oil was within the range of 28.093~84.279 mg· L-1 (r=0.999 9),the mean recovery was 100.5%with RSD of 1.19%(n=6) and the linear range of αpinene in turpentine was within the range of 28.157~84.526 mg· L-1(r=0.999 9),the mean recovery was 99.3%with RSD of 0.64%(n=6).Conclusions The method is simple, quick and accurate ,which is suitable for quality control of this preparation .
