目的:优选大黄中蒽醌苷元的双相动态提取工艺。方法以蒽醌苷元含量为指标,选取提取溶剂倍数、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍量溶剂,80℃水浴提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论该优选工艺合理,稳定可行,蒽醌苷元提取率高。

목적:우선대황중은곤감원적쌍상동태제취공예。방법이은곤감원함량위지표,선취제취용제배수、제취온도、제취시간、제취차수위고찰인소,채용L9(34)정교시험법우선제취공예조건。결과최가제취공예위가10배량용제,80℃수욕제취3차,매차1.5 h。결론해우선공예합리,은정가행,은곤감원제취솔고。
Objective To optimize the diphasic dynamic extraction technology of anthraquinone aglycone from Rheum palmatum L. Methods With the content of anthraquinone aglycone as an index ,multiple of extraction solvent ,extraction temperature ,extraction time and extraction times taken as investigation factors ,extraction technology of anthraquinone aglycone from Rheum palmatum L was opti-mized by L9 (34 ) orthogonal test .Results Optimal extraction technology was as follows:10 times amount of solvent was added ,extrac-tion temperature was 80℃ and extraction was conducted three times ,1.5 hours each time.Conclusions This optimized extraction technology is feasible ,stable and reasonable with high yield of anthraquinone aglycone .
