以野生金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobide Lindl.)茎段为试验材料,筛选启动培养时的最佳取材部位、最适基本培养基、生根培养基与栽培基质,研究金钗石斛快速繁殖的途径。结果表明,启动培养时用金钗石斛幼茎基部接种,在MS+6.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+100 mL/L椰乳+25 g/L蔗糖+6.3 g/L琼脂的培养基上效果最好,诱芽率可达93.00%。生根用MS+6.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA+100 g/L香蕉+2.0 g/L活性炭+25 g/L蔗糖+6.3 g/L琼脂的培养基效果最好,生根率高达95%。最优的组培苗栽培基质是水苔+蛭石(3:2,V:V ),成活率高达90%。

The stems of wild Dendrobium nobile Lindl. were used as materials to select the optimal positions and the prefer-able medium for induction, root and transplantation. The results showed that the preferable production medium for inducing basal part of young stems was MS+6.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+100 mL/L coconut milk+25 g/L cane sugar +6.3 g/L agar, with buds induction rate of 93.00%. The preferable medium for rooting was MS+6.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA+100 g/L ba-nana+2.0 g/L activated carbon+25 g/L cane sugar+6.3 g/L agar, with root induction rate of 95%. The optimal transplantation medium was sphagna+vermiculite(3:2,V:V ), with the survival rate of more than 90%.
