目的:优选炮姜中新生成分姜酮的超声提取工艺。方法采用UPLC法测定炮姜中新生成分姜酮的含量,色谱柱为Waters Acquity BEH C18(100 mm ×2.1 mm,1.7μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;流速0.3 mL· min-1,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃。采用正交设计法,考察乙醇浓度、倍数、提取时间、提取次数对姜酮的含量的影响。结果乙醇倍数与提取时间对提取结果有显著性影响(P<0.05),综合分析姜酮的最佳超声提取工艺为:80%乙醇,10倍量,提取1次,提取时间40 min。结论优选的提取工艺合理可行,可为炮姜的质量控制和进一步开发提供依据。

목적:우선포강중신생성분강동적초성제취공예。방법채용UPLC법측정포강중신생성분강동적함량,색보주위Waters Acquity BEH C18(100 mm ×2.1 mm,1.7μm);류동상위을정-수,제도세탈;류속0.3 mL· min-1,검측파장280 nm,주온30℃。채용정교설계법,고찰을순농도、배수、제취시간、제취차수대강동적함량적영향。결과을순배수여제취시간대제취결과유현저성영향(P<0.05),종합분석강동적최가초성제취공예위:80%을순,10배량,제취1차,제취시간40 min。결론우선적제취공예합리가행,가위포강적질량공제화진일보개발제공의거。
Objective Study on the ultrasonic extracting techniques of zingerone in processed ginger .Methods UPLC analysis was performed to analyze the content of zingerone in processed ginger ,the chromatographic column was Waters Acquity BEH C 18 (100 mm × 2.1 mm,1.7 μm),with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase at 0.3 mL· min-1,and detection wavelength was 280 nm,column tem-perature at 30℃;the orthogonal test was employed to study the effect of quantities of ethanol concentration ,volume of ethanol ,extraction time and times.Results The volume of ethanol and extraction time had significant influence on the extraction effect (P<0.05),the optimal ultrasonic extracting condition for zingerone were as follows:80%ethanol,extracted one time for 40min with 10-fold ethanol. Conclusion Optimized extraction condition was reasonable and feasible ,and can provide a basis for the quality control and further de-velopment of processed ginger .
