采集了37个湖北出口淡水小龙虾养殖备案基地的水域水样、底部沉积物及小龙虾原料样本，对其中重金属汞、铅、砷、镉、铬进行监测和分析。结果表明，所有监测水域的水质和底部沉积物样本的汞、铅、砷、镉、铬的检测值均符合国家标准要求，部分指标符合无公害水产品养殖环境要求，水域无明显重金属污染情况；小龙虾汞、铅、砷、镉、铬的监测结果均未超过我国和其他国家及组织规定的最大允许残留量，且平均残留水平相对较低，对人健康的风险较小。
채집료37개호북출구담수소룡하양식비안기지적수역수양、저부침적물급소룡하원료양본，대기중중금속홍、연、신、력、락진행감측화분석。결과표명，소유감측수역적수질화저부침적물양본적홍、연、신、력、락적검측치균부합국가표준요구，부분지표부합무공해수산품양식배경요구，수역무명현중금속오염정황；소룡하홍、연、신、력、락적감측결과균미초과아국화기타국가급조직규정적최대윤허잔류량，차평균잔류수평상대교저，대인건강적풍험교소。
37 samples of water,bottom sediment and crayfish from recorded exported crawfish breeding base in Hubei were collected, The contents of mercury, lead, arsenic,cadmium,chromium in samples were monitored and analysed. The results showed that the detection values of all monitoring water sample,bottom sediment of mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium were in accord with national standards. Some indicators were consistent with the requirements of breeding envi-ronment for pollution-free aquatic products. The contents of mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium in crayfish did not exceeded the MRLs of China and other countries and organizations. The average residue was relatively low,with little risk for human health.
