优化川芎(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.)中阿魏酸的常温超高压提取条件,应用高效液相色谱法测定提取液中的阿魏酸含量,以阿魏酸提取率为评价指标进行L9(34)正交试验。结果表明,常温超高压提取川芎中阿魏酸的最优工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,压力300 MPa,固液比1:50(m:V ,g:mL),时间3.0 min,提取1次。超高压提取技术作为一种新的提取方法,提取川芎中阿魏酸稳定、可行。

The optimal Ultra-high Pressure (UPE) process for extracting ferulic acid from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. was studied. The process was selected by L9 (34) orthogonal design using the content of ferulic acid as index. The optimal extraction condition was extraction solvent with 70% ethanol, extraction pressure of 300 MPa, solid/liquid ratio of 1:50 (m:V , g:mL), extraction for 3.0 min and extracting for 1 times. UPE is the optimal extraction method for extracting ferulic acid from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.
