茶多酚、维生素E和硒都是较强的抗氧化剂,对多种疾病具有预防和治疗作用。试验选用50只昆明清洁级小鼠,采用不同剂量茶多酚维E硒胶囊连续灌胃30 d,通过测定小鼠受试前后体重、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及8Gy60Coγ射线造模前后肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、SOD和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,研究茶多酚维E硒胶囊对小鼠抗氧化系统的影响。结果显示,与模型对照组相比,各剂量茶多酚维E硒胶囊对造模后小鼠肝组织SOD活力无显著影响;75、150 mg/kg?bw茶多酚维E硒胶囊对造模后小鼠肝组织MDA含量和GSH-Px活力也无显著影响;300 mg/kg?bw茶多酚维E硒胶囊剂量组可显著降低造模后小鼠肝组织MDA含量,提高其GSH-Px活力。以上结果为茶多酚、维生素E和硒在食品及保健品中的联合应用提供了理论依据。

Tea polyphenol, VE and selenium are strong antioxidants, useful for prevention and therapy of many diseases. 50 CL Kunming mice were randomly allocated to 5 groups and treated with different dose of capsule with polyphenol, VE and selenium for 30 days. The indices for evaluating effects of the capsules on the antioxidant systems of mice included weight change of the test mice, SOD activity of blood red cells, and MDA content, SOD and GSH-Px activities of liver before and after treatment with 8Gy60Coγray. The results showed that there were no significant differences in effects of different doses capsule on liver SOD activity. 75 mg/kg?bw and 150 mg/kg?bw capsule had no significant effects on MDA content and GSH-Px activity of liver. But 300 mg/kg?bw capsule significantly decreased MDA content (132.9±19.4 VS 170.1±22.9) and increased GSH-Px activity (23.0±2.64 VS 19.1±2.97) of liver compared with control group. It will provide a reference for comprehensive application of tea polyphenol, VE and selenium in health foods.
