为观察老鹳草(Geranium wilfordii Maxim)膏对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠模型血清细胞因子VEGF、TGF-β1含量的影响,探讨老鹳草对类风湿性关节炎的作用机理,试验将SD大鼠尾根部皮内注射完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)造模,将造模成功的AA大鼠随机分为3组,于第10天开始分别以生理盐水(模型对照组)、老鹳草膏(老鹳草膏组)和MTX(MTX组)处理各试验组,同时设置空白对照组。第45天乙醚麻醉后眼底采血、ELISA法检测血清中VEGF、TGF-β1的浓度。结果表明,与模型对照组和MTX组相比,老鹳草膏可显著降低 AA大鼠血清异常升高的VEGF水平,提高血清TGF-β1含量。表明老鹳草可改善大鼠足关节状态,具有免疫调节功能,有助于机体恢复免疫稳定状态。

위관찰로관초(Geranium wilfordii Maxim)고대좌제성관절염(AA)대서모형혈청세포인자VEGF、TGF-β1함량적영향,탐토로관초대류풍습성관절염적작용궤리,시험장SD대서미근부피내주사완전불씨좌제(CFA)조모,장조모성공적AA대서수궤분위3조,우제10천개시분별이생리염수(모형대조조)、로관초고(로관초고조)화MTX(MTX조)처리각시험조,동시설치공백대조조。제45천을미마취후안저채혈、ELISA법검측혈청중VEGF、TGF-β1적농도。결과표명,여모형대조조화MTX조상비,로관초고가현저강저 AA대서혈청이상승고적VEGF수평,제고혈청TGF-β1함량。표명로관초가개선대서족관절상태,구유면역조절공능,유조우궤체회복면역은정상태。
To investigate the effect of Geranium wilfordii Maxim Ointments (GWMO) on the expression of Serum VEGF、TGF-β1 in the adjuvant arthritis (AA) in rats and to further explore the mechanism of GWMO in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA),60 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups including Blank control group, Model control group, GW-MO group and MTX group. Except of the blank control group, the other three groups were injected CFA at the root of tail for establishing experimental arthritis model and treated with saline, GWMO and Methotrexate (MTX), respectively after mod-eling 10 days. After five weeks of treatment, the concentrations of VEGF and TGF-β1 in the serum collected from rats’ fundus were determined by ELISA. The results showed that GWMO could significantly inhibit the excretion of VEGF in the adjuvant arthritis rats’ serum and made it back to normal(compared with Model group P<0.01, compared with MTX group P<0.01), and raise serum TGF-β1 content (compared with Model group P<0.01, compared with MTX group P<0.05). It is in-dicated that GWMO could improve the ankle state of rats and regulate immune function to help the body restoring immune stability.
