用不同体积分数的海水对淡水蔬菜瓜菜类与叶菜类种子进行浸种与培育,研究海水对淡水蔬菜种子萌发与生长的影响。结果表明,随着海水体积分数的升高,种子发芽率呈下降趋势。海水体积分数超过50%时,叶类菜种子比瓜菜类种子耐盐性强,在7种蔬菜种子中,海水对芹菜种子的萌发与生长影响较小。

Freshwater vegetables seeds of melon and leafy were soaked and cultivated by different concentrations of seawater to study the effects of seawater on the seed germination and growth of freshwater vegetable. Results showed that the rate of seed germination was decreased with the increase of seawater concentrations. When seawater concentration was over 50%, leafy vegetable seeds had stronger salt tolerance than melon seeds had. The seed germination and growth of celery was less affected by seawater.
