Diestrammena%enrichment coefficient of heavy metals%pollution index%Guizhou
对贵州省倒马坎洞和躲兵洞进行调查。对两个洞穴的裸灶螽、土壤和水体中重金属(Cu、Cr、Ni、Zn、Hg和As)含量进行测定,研究裸灶螽的富集系数和洞穴土壤重金属的污染指数,对生态风险进行评价。结果表明,两洞穴土壤和裸灶螽体内Cu、Zn含量最高,水体中重金属含量差异较大。倒马坎洞中的裸灶螽对水体中Cu、Zn、Hg的富集系数大于1000,躲兵洞中的裸灶螽对水体中Cu、Hg、As的富集系数大于1000,两洞穴中的裸灶螽对土壤Zn的富集系数大于1。倒马坎洞土壤中6种重金属潜在生态风险处于中等危害水平,且潜在生态风险系数大小排列为Hg>As>Cu>Ni>Zn>Cr;躲兵洞土壤中6种重金属潜在生态风险处于高危害水平,且潜在生态风险系数大小排列为Hg>As>Cu>Zn>Ni>Cr,其中Hg是两洞穴最主要的生态风险因子。

Diestrammena and environmental factors in Dao Ma-kan cave and Duo Bing cave were investigated. The contents of heavy metals (Cu、Cr、Ni、Zn、Hg and As) in Diestrammena, soil and water were determined. Heavy metal enrichment coef-ficients in Diestrammena were calculated. The pollution index of heavy metals and the index of ecological risk were evaluated. The results showed that Zn and Cu had the highest content in Diestrammena and soil samples, while the content of heavy metals differed significantly in water. In Dao Ma-kan cave, the enrichment coefficients of Cu, Zn and Hg (from water) in Diestrammena were over 1000. The enrichment coefficients of Cu, Hg and As (from water) were over 1000 in Duo Bing cave. The enrichment coefficient of Zn(from soil) in Diestrammena were over 1 in both caves. In Dao Ma-kan cave, the in-dex of potential ecological risk of the six heavy metals in soil showed an intermediate level of ecological pollution, with the order of Hg>As>Cu>Ni>Zn>Cr. In Duo Bing cave, the index of potential ecological risk of the six heavy metals in soil showed a high level of ecological pollution, with the order of Hg>As>Cu>Zn>Ni>Cr. Hg is the most significant factor of eco-logical risk in both caves.
