目的：观察马来酸桂哌齐特注射液在临床应用中的不良反应，探讨防治方法，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法通过医院内部信息系统检索获得使用过马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的病历，以及在中文科技期刊全文数据库（CNKI，1994~2013）和万方数据库（1989~2013）中检索使用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液安全性考察的文献，并进行回顾性分析。结果1336例中使用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的药品不良事件共51例（3.82%），其中药品不良反应30例（2.25%），主要表现为中枢和外周神经系统、胃肠道反应及皮肤反应，多数轻微，不影响原疾病的治疗，且不良反应与性别和年龄无关，与合并用药有关。结论马来酸桂哌齐特注射液不良反应发生率较低，症状较轻微，临床应用安全性较高。
목적：관찰마래산계고제특주사액재림상응용중적불량반응，탐토방치방법，위림상안전용약제공삼고。방법통과의원내부신식계통검색획득사용과마래산계고제특주사액적병력，이급재중문과기기간전문수거고（CNKI，1994~2013）화만방수거고（1989~2013）중검색사용마래산계고제특주사액안전성고찰적문헌，병진행회고성분석。결과1336례중사용마래산계고제특주사액적약품불량사건공51례（3.82%），기중약품불량반응30례（2.25%），주요표현위중추화외주신경계통、위장도반응급피부반응，다수경미，불영향원질병적치료，차불량반응여성별화년령무관，여합병용약유관。결론마래산계고제특주사액불량반응발생솔교저，증상교경미，림상응용안전성교고。
Objective To investigate the adverse drug reactions of Cinepazid Maleate Injection and to research the prevention methods to provide reference for the clinical safe medication. Methods The medical records of using Cinepazid Maleate Injection were obtained by retrieving the hospital information system and the literature of the safety investigation on using Cinepazid Maleate Injection were retrieved from the Chinese periodical full text database of science and technology CNKI(1994-2013)and Wanfang database(1989-2013). Results Among 1 336 cases of using Cinepazid Maleate Injection,the adverse drug event occurred in 51 cases(3. 82%)and the adverse drug reactions were found in 30 cases(2. 25%). The major manifestations were the central and peripheral nervous system reactions,gastrointesti-nal reactions and skin reactions,the majority were mild without affecting the treatment of original disease. The adverse drug reactions had no relation with sexes and ages,but had relation with the combination use of drugs. Conclusion Cinepazid Maleate Injection has the lower occurrence rate of adverse drug reactions and the symptoms are mild. So its clinical use has higher safety.
