目的：观察涂擦中药制剂黄金万红膏预防气压止血带受压部位皮肤损伤的效果。方法：将150例四肢手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组，两组各75例，观察组患者涂擦黄金万红膏加石膏棉纸衬垫后上气压止血带，实验组患者未加其他任何干预措施，最后比较两组患者发生皮肤损伤情况。结果：实验组和对照组术后10分钟皮肤评分有统计学差异（P＜0.01），实验组和对照组术后1小时皮肤评分有统计学差异（P＜0.01）。结论：涂黄金万红膏后上气压止血带，可减少患者皮肤损伤的发生，减轻病人的痛苦，有利于术后的康复。
목적：관찰도찰중약제제황금만홍고예방기압지혈대수압부위피부손상적효과。방법：장150례사지수술환자수궤분위실험조화대조조，량조각75례，관찰조환자도찰황금만홍고가석고면지츤점후상기압지혈대，실험조환자미가기타임하간예조시，최후비교량조환자발생피부손상정황。결과：실험조화대조조술후10분종피부평분유통계학차이（P＜0.01），실험조화대조조술후1소시피부평분유통계학차이（P＜0.01）。결론：도황금만홍고후상기압지혈대，가감소환자피부손상적발생，감경병인적통고，유리우술후적강복。
Objective To observe theeffectiveness of Huangji wanhong gao cream on preventing skindamage of limb tourniquest ap-plication.Methods 150 Patients with limbsurgery were divided into the experimental group and controlgroup randomly,each of groups with 75 cases,observation grouppatients were coated Huangji wanhong gao cream on theskin then coved with a gysum cotton paper un-der the pneumatictourniquet.without any other interventions,To compare skin damageon both of two groups without any otherinterven-tions.Results Statistical testshows that skin damage are statistically statisticant inthe two groups,comparing observation respective-lyafter the limb tourniquest application 10 minutes (P <0.01)and one hour (P <0.01).Conclusions Coating Huangjiwanhong gao cream on the skin where the limb tourniquestapplicationcan can prevent the occurrence of skin damage,reducerelieve the pain and con-ducive torecovery.
