对花生壳醇提物和木犀草素进行镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用的比较研究。方法：浓氨水引咳法、小鼠酚红祛痰法、豚鼠离体气管条法，观察花生壳醇提物和木犀草素的镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用。结果：花生壳醇提物能延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数，而木犀草素无明显作用；花生壳醇提物及木犀草素能明显增加小鼠呼吸道酚红的排泌量；花生壳醇提物对乙酰胆碱及磷酸组胺致痉的豚鼠离体气管平滑肌有明显的解痉作用，且作用优于木犀草素。结论：花生壳醇提物有明显的镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用。
대화생각순제물화목서초소진행진해、거담급평천작용적비교연구。방법：농안수인해법、소서분홍거담법、돈서리체기관조법，관찰화생각순제물화목서초소적진해、거담급평천작용。결과：화생각순제물능연장소서해수잠복기화감소해수차수，이목서초소무명현작용；화생각순제물급목서초소능명현증가소서호흡도분홍적배비량；화생각순제물대을선담감급린산조알치경적돈서리체기관평활기유명현적해경작용，차작용우우목서초소。결론：화생각순제물유명현적진해、거담급평천작용。
To observe the effects of relieving cough,removing the phlegm and calming panting of Lute Olin and the ethanol ex-tract from peanut hull.Methods:The effects of relieving cough,removing the phlegm and calming panting of Lute Olin and the ethanol extract from peanut hull were researched by the method of strong aqua leading to cough,the method of phenol red expectorant in mice, the method of trachea in vitro of guinea pigs.Results:The ethanol extract from peanut hull could prolong cough incubation period and decrease the numbers of cough in mice,but the Lute Olin has no obvious effect;Lute Olin and the ethanol extract from peanut hull can significantly increase the amount of phenol red in respiratory of mice;the ethanol extract from peanut hull have a obvious spasmolysis effects on the isolated tracheal smooth muscle’ s spasm induced by acetylcholine and histamine phosphate and the effect is better than that of Lute Olin.Conclusion:The ethanol extract from peanut hull has obvious effects of relieving cough,removing the phlegm and calming panting.
