目的：探讨不同浓度衣霉素（T unicamycin ，T M ）对胃癌细胞侵袭力的影响。方法：分别给予浓度为0．3μmol／L和3μmol／L的衣霉素处理胃癌SGC7901细胞24h ，Transwell侵袭实验检测细胞侵袭能力。结果：Transwell侵袭实验显示，0．3μmol／L和3μmol／L衣霉素处理胃癌SGC7901细胞24h后，细胞的侵袭性均减弱。结论：衣霉素可降低胃癌细胞的侵袭力。

목적：탐토불동농도의매소（T unicamycin ，T M ）대위암세포침습력적영향。방법：분별급여농도위0．3μmol／L화3μmol／L적의매소처리위암SGC7901세포24h ，Transwell침습실험검측세포침습능력。결과：Transwell침습실험현시，0．3μmol／L화3μmol／L의매소처리위암SGC7901세포24h후，세포적침습성균감약。결론：의매소가강저위암세포적침습력。
Objective :To investigate the effect of different concentrations of Tunicamycin (TM ) on the invasion of gas-tric cancer cells .Methods :SGC7901 cells were treated with TM at concentrations of 0 .3μmol/L and 3μmol/L for 24h . After treatment ,the invasion of gastric cancer cells was evaluated by Transwell chamber assays .Results:Both concen-trations of TM treatment decreased invasion ability of gastric cancer cells .Conclusion:TM decreases the invasion of gas-tric cancer cells .
