目的：探讨孕前期TORCH感染检测在出生缺陷干预中的效果。方法：统计本院开展孕前期 TORCH筛查后的出生缺陷率，与本院开展TORCH筛查前的出生缺陷率进行对比，客观评估孕前期 TORCH筛查应用于出生缺陷干预的效果。结果：筛查组经TORCH筛查并行干预后畸形率与总孕娩异常率均显著低于对照组 P＜0．01；筛查组新生儿智力低下发生率明显低于对照组 P＜0．05；有异常孕娩史受检妇女中的 TORCH阳性率显著高于无异常孕娩史受检妇女 P＜0．01。结论：孕前期TORCH筛查可为出生干预提供科学性指导，是降低出生缺陷率的有效手段。
목적：탐토잉전기TORCH감염검측재출생결함간예중적효과。방법：통계본원개전잉전기 TORCH사사후적출생결함솔，여본원개전TORCH사사전적출생결함솔진행대비，객관평고잉전기 TORCH사사응용우출생결함간예적효과。결과：사사조경TORCH사사병행간예후기형솔여총잉면이상솔균현저저우대조조 P＜0．01；사사조신생인지력저하발생솔명현저우대조조 P＜0．05；유이상잉면사수검부녀중적 TORCH양성솔현저고우무이상잉면사수검부녀 P＜0．01。결론：잉전기TORCH사사가위출생간예제공과학성지도，시강저출생결함솔적유효수단。
Objective :To investigate the effect of detection of TORCH infections of pregnancy for intervention in birth defects .Methods :The rate of birth defects after carrying out preconception screening of TORCH in our hospital was counted ,and compared with the rate of birth defects before carrying out preconception screening of TORCH ,the effect of preconception screening of TORCH used in the intervention of birth defects was objectively assessed .Results:The malformation rate and total pregnancy childbirth abnormalities of screening group after TORCH screening parallel in-tervention were significantly lower than the control group P<0 .01 ;the incidence of mental retardation in newborns of screening group was significantly lower than the control group P<0 .05 ;TORCH positive rate of women subjects with abnormal pregnant delivery history was significantly higher than women subjects without abnormal pregnant delivery history P<0 .01 .Conclusion:Preconception screening of TORCH can provide scientific guidance for the birth interven-tion ,is an effective means to reduce the rate of birth defects .
