目的：回顾性分析老年性便秘与结肠息肉之间的关系。方法：收集2008年1月-2013年12月期间在我院首次行结肠镜检查的60岁以上患者772例，其中便秘患者256例为病例组，其余516例无便秘症状为对照组，并对两组患者的大肠息肉发生情况进行分析比较。结果：病例组（便秘组）结肠息肉检出率高于对照组（非便秘组）（ P＜0．05），便秘病程大于5年者检出率远远大于5年以下患者（P＜0．05），且便秘组息肉术后2年复发率也高于非便秘组（P＜0．05）。结论：老年性便秘病例与结肠息肉相关，且便秘时间长，结肠息肉发生率更高，术后复发率亦高。老年便秘患者应早期、定期行肠镜检查，预防结肠息肉的发生。
목적：회고성분석노년성편비여결장식육지간적관계。방법：수집2008년1월-2013년12월기간재아원수차행결장경검사적60세이상환자772례，기중편비환자256례위병례조，기여516례무편비증상위대조조，병대량조환자적대장식육발생정황진행분석비교。결과：병례조（편비조）결장식육검출솔고우대조조（비편비조）（ P＜0．05），편비병정대우5년자검출솔원원대우5년이하환자（P＜0．05），차편비조식육술후2년복발솔야고우비편비조（P＜0．05）。결론：노년성편비병례여결장식육상관，차편비시간장，결장식육발생솔경고，술후복발솔역고。노년편비환자응조기、정기행장경검사，예방결장식육적발생。
Objective :To explore the relationship between constipation and colon polyps .Methods :We collected 772 ca-ses of patients for the first time colonoscopy from January 2008 to December 2013 period over the age of 60 in our hos-pital ,of which 256 cases of patients with constipation as the case group ,and the remaining 516 cases without symptoms of constipation ,as the control group ,we analyzed and compared the incidence of colorectal polyps in the two groups of patients .Results:The colonic polyp detection rate in the case group (constipation group) was higher than the non-con-stipation group ,constipation longer than 5 years is even higher ,the colonic polyp detection rate in the patients with constipation duration greater than 5 years is far greater than in patients below 5 years(P<0 .05) ,the recurrence rate after 2 years of constipation group polyp is higher than non-constipation group also(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The occur-rence of colon polyps was associated with senile constipation and the longer time of constipation ,the higher the inci-dence of colon polyps ,the recurrence rate was also high .Elderly patients with constipation should have a colonoscopy early and regularly in order to prevent colon polyps .
