目的：探讨噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）的临床疗效。方法选取60例COPD患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组仅给常规治疗，观察组采用常规治疗加噻托溴铵治疗，比较两组患者第1s用力呼气容积（FEV1）、第1s用力呼气容积用力肺活量（FEV1/FVC）、动脉血氧分压（PO2）、二氧化碳分压（PCO2）及临床症状评分。结果采用噻托溴铵治疗COPD患者，可明显提高FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PO2，降低PCO2和临床症状评分，与常规治疗相比差异显著（ P <0.05）。结论采用噻托溴铵治疗COPD可有效改善患者肺功能和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토새탁추안치료만성조새성폐질병（ COPD）적림상료효。방법선취60례COPD환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조부급상규치료，관찰조채용상규치료가새탁추안치료，비교량조환자제1s용력호기용적（FEV1）、제1s용력호기용적용력폐활량（FEV1/FVC）、동맥혈양분압（PO2）、이양화탄분압（PCO2）급림상증상평분。결과채용새탁추안치료COPD환자，가명현제고FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PO2，강저PCO2화림상증상평분，여상규치료상비차이현저（ P <0.05）。결론채용새탁추안치료COPD가유효개선환자폐공능화생활질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective Toexploretheclinicalefficacyoftiotropiumbromideintreatmentofpatientswithchronicobstructivepulmonary disease.Methods Atotalof60patientswithCOPDwererandomlydividedintotwogroups:observationgroupandcontrolgroup,patientsinob-servation group were treated by tiotropium bromide combined with conventional therapy,and patients in control group were only treated with con-ventionaltherapy.FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PO2,PCO2andsymptomscoreswerecomparedbetweenthesetwogroups.Results FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PO2 in patients of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group,but PCO2 and symptom scores in pa-tients of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the difference between these two groups was significant( P <0.05).Conclusion Theapplicationoftiotropiumbromideintreatmentofpatientswithchronicobstructivepulmonarydiseasecanimprovelung function and raise the life quality of patients,hence it is worthy to be clinically promoted.
