目的：评价医院口服非甾体抗炎药的使用情况，促进临床合理用药。方法回顾性调查2010年至2012年医院门、急诊含口服非甾体抗炎药的处方，分析用药特点及趋势；随机抽取某月的门、急诊处方，分析非甾体抗炎药的使用情况及用药的合理性。结果该院口服非甾体抗炎药年用药金额呈逐年上升趋势，而其占医院用药总金额的比率基本持平；用药人群主要为中老年患者。结论该院口服非甾体抗炎药使用情况基本合理，但仍需加强临床合理用药。
목적：평개의원구복비치체항염약적사용정황，촉진림상합리용약。방법회고성조사2010년지2012년의원문、급진함구복비치체항염약적처방，분석용약특점급추세；수궤추취모월적문、급진처방，분석비치체항염약적사용정황급용약적합이성。결과해원구복비치체항염약년용약금액정축년상승추세，이기점의원용약총금액적비솔기본지평；용약인군주요위중노년환자。결론해원구복비치체항염약사용정황기본합리，단잉수가강림상합리용약。
Objective To evaluate the use situation of oral non - steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for promoting rational drug use in clinic. Methods The prescriptions of oral NSAIDs during the period 2010 - 2012 in the outpatient and emergency depart-ments of our hospital were retrospectively investigated and analyzed on the tendency and characteristics of the NSAIDs use;the prescrip-tions of NSAIDs in the outpatient and emergency departments in a month were randomly extracted for analyzing the use status and ra-tionality of NSAIDs. Results The consumption sum of oral NSAIDs in this hospital was increased year by year;and the proportion of oral NSAIDS to the annual total medication sum basically held the same level;the medication crowds were mainly middle and old age patients. Conclusion The use situation of oral NSAIDs in our hospital is basically rational,but which still needs to strengthen the ra-tional use of NSAIDs in clinic.
