Chuanbeiqingfei Syrup%quality standard%glycyrrhizic acid
目的:建立川贝清肺糖浆的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中枇杷叶、甘草进行薄层色谱鉴别,对苦杏仁进行理化鉴别。采用反相高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸含量,色谱柱为 Discovery C18柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水-冰醋酸(35:65:2)为流动相,流速为1 mL / min,柱温为27℃,检测波长为250 nm。结果薄层色谱中,供试品溶液在与对照药材溶液色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点。甘草酸进样质量浓度0~224μg / mL 范围内与峰面积呈线性良好关系( r =0.9999,n =6),平均加样回收率为98.92%, RSD =1.03%( n =6)。结论该法简便、准确、可靠、专属性强、重现性好,可作为川贝清肺糖浆的质量标准。

목적:건립천패청폐당장적질량표준。방법채용박층색보(TLC)법대방중비파협、감초진행박층색보감별,대고행인진행이화감별。채용반상고효액상색보법측정감초산함량,색보주위 Discovery C18주(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),을정-수-빙작산(35:65:2)위류동상,류속위1 mL / min,주온위27℃,검측파장위250 nm。결과박층색보중,공시품용액재여대조약재용액색보상응위치상현상동안색적반점。감초산진양질량농도0~224μg / mL 범위내여봉면적정선성량호관계( r =0.9999,n =6),평균가양회수솔위98.92%, RSD =1.03%( n =6)。결론해법간편、준학、가고、전속성강、중현성호,가작위천패청폐당장적질량표준。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Chuanbeiqingfei Syrup. Methods The TLC was used to conduct the identifi-cation of loquat leaves and glycyrrhiza,and the physiochemical identification of semen armeniacae amarae. The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was adopted with the Discovery C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile -water - glacial acetic acid(35 : 65 : 2)with a flow rate of 1. 0 mL / min;the column temperature was 27 ℃ and the wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results In TLC,the test sample displayed the same color spots in the corresponding location of the reference sub-stance. The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0 - 224 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 9,n = 6),and the average recovery rate was 98. 92%( RSD = 1. 03% ,n = 6). Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate and reliable with good specificity and good reproducibil-ity,and can be used as the quality standard of Chuanbeiqingfei Syrup.
