目的:观察并分析双黄连、穿琥宁和清开灵3种常用抗病毒中药注射剂的临床配伍反应。方法将双黄连、穿琥宁和清开灵3种常用中药注射剂分别溶于5%和10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液几种常用注射液中,静置6 h,分别测定30 min 和6 h 时粒径不小于10μm 或25μm 的微粒数。再将上述3种常用抗病毒注射剂分别与几种常用青霉素类、头孢菌类、氨基苷类、喹诺酮类抗菌药物及几种常用维生素等进行配伍,观察其浑浊度(产生沉淀与否)。结果30 min 时,双黄连与5%和10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍不小于10μm 的微粒均在10粒以上,不小于25μm 的微粒均在2粒以下;穿琥宁、清开灵与以上溶液的配伍不小于10μm 的微粒均在10粒以下,不小于25μm 的微粒均在2粒以下。6 h 后,穿琥宁与以上溶液配伍不小于10μm 的微粒均在10粒以下,不小于25μm 的微粒均在2粒以下;双黄连、清开灵与以上溶液配伍不小于10μm 的微粒均在10粒以上,不小于25μm 的微粒均在2粒以上。3种抗病毒中药注射剂均与不同的西药抗菌药物存在配伍禁忌。结论穿琥宁与5%和10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液混合后较为稳定,双黄连、清开灵与以上溶液配伍后稳定性较穿琥宁差。双黄连、穿琥宁和清开灵3种常用中药注射剂与部分抗菌药物存在配伍禁忌,使用时需注意。

목적:관찰병분석쌍황련、천호저화청개령3충상용항병독중약주사제적림상배오반응。방법장쌍황련、천호저화청개령3충상용중약주사제분별용우5%화10%포도당주사액、포도당록화납주사액、0.9%록화납주사액궤충상용주사액중,정치6 h,분별측정30 min 화6 h 시립경불소우10μm 혹25μm 적미립수。재장상술3충상용항병독주사제분별여궤충상용청매소류、두포균류、안기감류、규낙동류항균약물급궤충상용유생소등진행배오,관찰기혼탁도(산생침정여부)。결과30 min 시,쌍황련여5%화10%포도당주사액、포도당록화납주사액、0.9%록화납주사액배오불소우10μm 적미립균재10립이상,불소우25μm 적미립균재2립이하;천호저、청개령여이상용액적배오불소우10μm 적미립균재10립이하,불소우25μm 적미립균재2립이하。6 h 후,천호저여이상용액배오불소우10μm 적미립균재10립이하,불소우25μm 적미립균재2립이하;쌍황련、청개령여이상용액배오불소우10μm 적미립균재10립이상,불소우25μm 적미립균재2립이상。3충항병독중약주사제균여불동적서약항균약물존재배오금기。결론천호저여5%화10%포도당주사액、포도당록화납주사액、0.9%록화납주사액혼합후교위은정,쌍황련、청개령여이상용액배오후은정성교천호저차。쌍황련、천호저화청개령3충상용중약주사제여부분항균약물존재배오금기,사용시수주의。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical compatibility reaction of three kinds of common used antiviral Chinese medicine injection: Shuanghuanglian Injection, Chuanhuning Injection and Qingkailing Injection. Methods Shuanghuanglian Injection, Chuanhuning Injection and Qingkailing Injectio were dissolved in 5% and 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection, 0. 9% sodium chloride injection for 6 h standing. The particles in sizes of 10 μm and 25 μm were detected at 30 min and 6 h re-spectively. Then the above 3 kinds of common used antiviral injection were mixed with several kinds of common used western medicine antibacterial drug penicillins, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides and quinonones as well as some commonly used vitamins for observing the turbidity degree(whether producing sediment) . Results At 30 min, the number of particles 10 μm in the compatibility solution of Shuanghuanglian Injection with 5% and 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection and 0. 9% sodium chloride injec-tion was more than 10 particles, which of paricles 25μm was leass than 2 particles; number of particles 10 μm in the compatibility so-lutions of Chuanhuning and Qingkailing mixed with the above injections was less than 10 particlas and which of 25 μm was less than 2 particles. After 6 h, the number of particles 10 μm in the compatibility solution of Chuanhuning mixed with the above injections was less than 10 particles, which of paricles 25 μm was leass than 2 particle; the number of particles 10 μm in the compatibility solution of Shuanghuanglian Injection and Qingkailing Injection mixed with the aboce injections was more than 10 particles and which of paricles 25 μm was more than 2 particles. The incompatibility existed in these 3 kinds of antiviral Chinese medicne injections mixing with dif-ferent wetsern medicine antibacterial injections. Conclusion The mixed solutions of Chuanhuning Injection with 5% and 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection, 0. 9% sodium chloride injection are relatively stable, but the stability is poor after the compatibility of Shuanghuanglian Injection and Qingkaining Injection mixing with above injections. These three kinds of Chinese medicine injection are incompatible with some antibacterial drugs. When using, more attention should be paid to.
