目的：通过调查零售药店药学服务的状况，分析存在的问题，提出改进建议。方法采用文献查询、观察法、神秘顾客法和综合分析的方法进行调研。结果零售药店药学服务功能处于弱化状态；药店经营理念还没有转变，执业药师数量缺乏、素质不高。结论零售药店可以通过转变经营理念、探索建立可行的药学服务管理模式、提高药店从业人员的药学服务水平来改善药学服务功能弱化的状况。
목적：통과조사령수약점약학복무적상황，분석존재적문제，제출개진건의。방법채용문헌사순、관찰법、신비고객법화종합분석적방법진행조연。결과령수약점약학복무공능처우약화상태；약점경영이념환몰유전변，집업약사수량결핍、소질불고。결론령수약점가이통과전변경영이념、탐색건립가행적약학복무관리모식、제고약점종업인원적약학복무수평래개선약학복무공능약화적상황。
Objective To investigate the pharmacy service status in drugstores for analyzing the existing problems and putting forward the improvement advices. Methods The literature inquiring,observation,mystery customer and comprehensive analysis methods were adopted to conduct the investigation and survey. Results The drugstore pharmacy service was in the weakening status;the operation philosophy was not changed,the licensed pharmacists were insufficient in quantity and poor in quality. Conclusion Drugstore could im-prove the weakening status of the pharmacy service function by changing the operation philosophy,exploring to set up the feasible ad-ministration mode of the pharmacy service and improving the working staffs' pharmacy service level.
