目的：探讨手术护理中舒适护理的临床应用价值。方法：选取150例择期手术患者作为研究对象，并以患者病床尾号为依据将其分为观察组和对照组，各75例，对照组患者采用常规方式进行护理，观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上加行舒适护理，并对两组患者的舒适度及护理满意度进行比较。结果：观察组的舒适度及护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：将舒适护理应用于手术护理中可有效的提高患者的舒适度及护理满意度，具有较高的应用价值，可进一步推广应用。
목적：탐토수술호리중서괄호리적림상응용개치。방법：선취150례택기수술환자작위연구대상，병이환자병상미호위의거장기분위관찰조화대조조，각75례，대조조환자채용상규방식진행호리，관찰조환자칙재상규호리적기출상가행서괄호리，병대량조환자적서괄도급호리만의도진행비교。결과：관찰조적서괄도급호리만의도균명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：장서괄호리응용우수술호리중가유효적제고환자적서괄도급호리만의도，구유교고적응용개치，가진일보추엄응용。
Objective:To discuss the clinical application value of comfort nursing in operation nursing.Methods:150 cases of elective operation patients were selected as the research object,and according to the patient's bedside tail number will be divided into the observation group and the control group,each group with 75 cases.The control group were treated with conventional methods of care,while patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing were treated with comfort nursing. Compared the comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results:The comfort and nursing satisfaction of the control group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing in operation nursing can effectively improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients,and has higher application value,so it can be further applied.
