目的：探讨超声检查在急性阑尾炎中的应用价值。方法：临床确诊并经手术证实的急性阑尾炎65例，术前均经超声检查。结果：65例病例中超声可明确诊断60例，符合率92%。根据超声影像特征可分为典型阑尾炎20例，非典型阑尾炎32例(包块型、肠管扩张型、积液型、气体多重反射型)，另有5例患者超声无阳性发现(病理诊断为单纯性阑尾炎)。结论：超声检查作为一种无创、便捷的手段在阑尾炎的诊断中为临床诊断提供了客观的依据。

목적：탐토초성검사재급성란미염중적응용개치。방법：림상학진병경수술증실적급성란미염65례，술전균경초성검사。결과：65례병례중초성가명학진단60례，부합솔92%。근거초성영상특정가분위전형란미염20례，비전형란미염32례(포괴형、장관확장형、적액형、기체다중반사형)，령유5례환자초성무양성발현(병리진단위단순성란미염)。결론：초성검사작위일충무창、편첩적수단재란미염적진단중위림상진단제공료객관적의거。
Objective:To discuss the application of ultrasound in acute appendicitis.Methods:65 cases of patients with acute appendicitis were clinical diagnosised and confirmed by operation,and preoperative all had ultrasonic examination.Results:In 65 cases,ultrasound can clarify a diagnosis of 60 cases,and the coincidence rate was 92% . According to the sonographic characteristics can be divided into 20 cases of typical appendicitis,32 cases of atypical appendicitis(mass,bowel dilatation type, fluid type,gas multiple reflection type). 5 cases of no positive found (pathological diagnosis of simple appendicitis).Conclusion:Ultrasonography is a noninvasive and convenient mean to provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis in the diagnosis of appendicitis.
