目的：探讨消痤丸联合阿维A胶囊治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治重度痤疮患者50例，随机分成对照组和观察组各25例，对照组口服消痤丸4g/次，3次/日，观察组在对照组的基础上加服阿维A胶囊10mg，2次/日，连续治疗8周。结果：观察组治愈10例(40.0%)，显效13例(52.0%)，进步1(4.0%)例，无效1例(4.0%)，总有效率96.0%。对照组治愈5例(20.0%)，显效10例(40.0%)，进步3例(12.0%)，无效7例(28.0%)，总有效率72.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：消痤丸联合阿维A胶囊治疗重度痤疮疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토소좌환연합아유A효낭치료중도좌창적림상료효。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치중도좌창환자50례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조각25례，대조조구복소좌환4g/차，3차/일，관찰조재대조조적기출상가복아유A효낭10mg，2차/일，련속치료8주。결과：관찰조치유10례(40.0%)，현효13례(52.0%)，진보1(4.0%)례，무효1례(4.0%)，총유효솔96.0%。대조조치유5례(20.0%)，현효10례(40.0%)，진보3례(12.0%)，무효7례(28.0%)，총유효솔72.0%。량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：소좌환연합아유A효낭치료중도좌창료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To eliminate clinical curative effect on Cuo pill combined avi A capsule treatment of severe acne.Methods:50 cases of patients with severe acne were collected from January 2013 to January 2013,who were divided into control group and observation group randomly,each group in 25 patients.The control group take Cuo pill 4g/elimination time,3 times/d.On the basis of the control group,the observation group take avi A 10mg capsules,2 times/d,continuous treatment of 8 weeks.Results:In the observation group,10 cases(40.0%) were cured;13 cases(52.0%) had marked effect;the progress in 1 case (4.0%);1 had no effect (4.0%).The total effective rate was 96.0%.In the control group,5 cases(20.0%) were cured; 10 cases (40.0%) were markedly effective;the progress in 3 cases (12.0%);7 cases (28.0%) had no effect.The total effective rate was 72.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cuo pill combined avi A capsule treatment of severe acne had an curative effect,so it is worthy of promotion.
