目的：探讨七氟烷在小儿无痛肠镜检查中抑制肢体反应的可行性。方法：选择40例3～10岁的患儿，随机分为七氟烷组(试验组)和氯胺酮组(对照组)。在家属协助下，面罩扣住患儿口鼻，以充满呼吸回路8%七氟烷吸入，氧流量2～3L/分，待睫毛反射消失后，嘱家属离开并将患儿摆成左侧卧位，七氟烷立即改为3.0%～4.0%吸入，维持氧流量2～3L/分，检查开始。对照组：以氯胺酮5mg/kg和阿托品0.02mg/kg肌肉注射，待睫毛反射消失后，静脉穿刺成功后检查开始，检查过程中，如患儿肢体反应达到3级，氯胺酮1～2mg/kg静注。记录患儿肢体反应，检查时间。结果：试验组肢体反应、检查时间均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：七氟烷可以抑制小儿无痛肠镜中的肢体反应。
목적：탐토칠불완재소인무통장경검사중억제지체반응적가행성。방법：선택40례3～10세적환인，수궤분위칠불완조(시험조)화록알동조(대조조)。재가속협조하，면조구주환인구비，이충만호흡회로8%칠불완흡입，양류량2～3L/분，대첩모반사소실후，촉가속리개병장환인파성좌측와위，칠불완립즉개위3.0%～4.0%흡입，유지양류량2～3L/분，검사개시。대조조：이록알동5mg/kg화아탁품0.02mg/kg기육주사，대첩모반사소실후，정맥천자성공후검사개시，검사과정중，여환인지체반응체도3급，록알동1～2mg/kg정주。기록환인지체반응，검사시간。결과：시험조지체반응、검사시간균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：칠불완가이억제소인무통장경중적지체반응。
Objective:To discuss the feasibility of sevoflurane inhibits the body reaction in pediatric painless colonoscopy. Methods:40 cases of 3~10 years old patients randomly divided into sevoflurane group(S group)and ketamine group(K group). S group :in the family assistance,the mask was over children mouth,full of breathing circuit 8% sevoflurane suction,oxygen flow rate of 2~3L/minute,until loss of eyelash reflex,then ask family members to leave and the children placed into the left lateral position, sevoflurane inhalation immediately change ranged from 3%~4%,to maintain the oxygen flow rate of 2~3L/minute,check start. K group:with ketamine 5mg/kg and atropine 0.02mg/kg intramuscular injection,the eyelash reflex disappeared,after successful venepuncture inspection,the inspection process,such as the children physical reaction to reach level 3,1~2mg/kg intravenous injection of ketamine.Records of children physical reaction,the examination time.Results:The physical reaction,examination time of the S group were better than that of the K group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sevoflurane can inhibit the body reaction in pediatric painless colonoscopy.
