目的：探讨单纯性胆石症患者胆囊切除愈后临床观察。方法：1991年3月～2011年2月收治胆囊切除术后者3000例，均行小切口胆囊切除术，其中323例继发胆总管结石做了胆总管取石术。术后随访观察预后。结果：所有患者围手术期恢复顺利。随访全部术后患者在1年，3年，5年，10年，23年5个时间段进行随访统计，大多数患者存在不同程度的疼痛、腹胀、腹泻、饮食变化、并发症。结论：单纯性胆石症患者行胆囊切除术，疗效欠佳，临床中有待进一步探讨。
목적：탐토단순성담석증환자담낭절제유후림상관찰。방법：1991년3월～2011년2월수치담낭절제술후자3000례，균행소절구담낭절제술，기중323례계발담총관결석주료담총관취석술。술후수방관찰예후。결과：소유환자위수술기회복순리。수방전부술후환자재1년，3년，5년，10년，23년5개시간단진행수방통계，대다수환자존재불동정도적동통、복창、복사、음식변화、병발증。결론：단순성담석증환자행담낭절제술，료효흠가，림상중유대진일보탐토。
Objective:To discuss the clinical observation of cholecystectomy prognosis in patients with simple cholelith disease. Methods:To admit 3000 cases of patients with cholecystectomy from March 1991 to February 2011.3000 patients underwent small incision cholecystectomy,among 323 cases of secondary common bile duct stones do common bile duct lithotomy operation. Postoperation follow up to observe the prognosis.Results: All patients perioperative recover smoothly. All patients with postoperative followed-up statistics 1 year,3 years,5 years,10 years,23 years this 5 time,most patients had different degree of pain, abdominal distension,diarrhea,dietary changes,complications.Conclusion:The patients with simple cholelith disease underwent cholecystectomy,clinical curative effect is poor,which need to be further discussed.
