目的：评价护理干预对于神经外科动脉瘤栓塞治疗护理的临床疗效。方法：选取于2011年4月～2013年8月间来我院行栓塞治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者120例，随机分为对照组和干预组，分别采用常规护理方法和系统化的护理干预，观察评价2组患者术后生活质量评分、护理满意度以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果：护理干预的实施后，干预组各维度的得分与对照组相比显著升高（P均＜0．05）；干预组患者中仅2例不满意，护理满意度达96．67％，而对照组（86．67％）相比显著升高（P＜0．05）；干预组未发生动脉瘤再次破裂和脑血管痉挛，并发症的发生率仅为5．00％，经组间对比发现，干预组的术后并发症发生率显著减少（P＜0．05）。结论：护理干预的实施，显著改善了神经外科动脉瘤病人栓塞治疗后患者的生活质量，同时减少了并发症，有效的提高了护理满意度，值得在临床广泛应用。
목적：평개호리간예대우신경외과동맥류전새치료호리적림상료효。방법：선취우2011년4월～2013년8월간래아원행전새치료적로내동맥류환자120례，수궤분위대조조화간예조，분별채용상규호리방법화계통화적호리간예，관찰평개2조환자술후생활질량평분、호리만의도이급술후병발증적발생정황。결과：호리간예적실시후，간예조각유도적득분여대조조상비현저승고（P균＜0．05）；간예조환자중부2례불만의，호리만의도체96．67％，이대조조（86．67％）상비현저승고（P＜0．05）；간예조미발생동맥류재차파렬화뇌혈관경련，병발증적발생솔부위5．00％，경조간대비발현，간예조적술후병발증발생솔현저감소（P＜0．05）。결론：호리간예적실시，현저개선료신경외과동맥류병인전새치료후환자적생활질량，동시감소료병발증，유효적제고료호리만의도，치득재림상엄범응용。
Objective:To evaluate the nursing intervention for aneurysm embolization neurosurgical care clinical efficacy of treatment . Methods:120 Neurosurgical patients with aneurysm embolization were selected in our hospital between April 2011 to August 2013 and ran-domly divided into control group and intervention group , using conventional methods of care and systematic nursing intervention respectively , the quality of life scores , nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications were evaluated in two groups .Results:The implementation of nursing interventions significantly improve the quality of life , that in intervention group the was higher than that in the control group (P <0. 05 );nursing satisfaction degree reach 96.67%, which is higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the incidence rate of complica-tions in the intervention group was 5.00%, which significantly decreased compared with that in the control (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing intervention significantly improved the quality of life of patients after neurosurgical aneurysm embolization patients , while reducing complications and effectively improves nursing satisfaction , worth in a wide range of clinical applications .
