目的：对照观察定期测量血压和指导抗高血压药物服药后对高血压控制及并发症发生起到很好的作用。方法：2009年～2011年收治高血压患者240例，随机分为监测组128例与对照组112例，监测组每月接受定期测量血压和指导服药＞2次，对照组自己坚持服药，出现头痛、头昏、眼花、脑血管意外等表现时才来社区进行测量血压和指导服药或送住医院治疗。结果：监测组血压控制在正常范围内(140～120/90～60) mm Hg 的人数高于对照组(P＜0.05)，脑血管意外、高血压性心脏病等并发症的人数低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：坚持定期测量血压和指导服药对控制高血压及其并发症具有一定的作用。

목적：대조관찰정기측량혈압화지도항고혈압약물복약후대고혈압공제급병발증발생기도흔호적작용。방법：2009년～2011년수치고혈압환자240례，수궤분위감측조128례여대조조112례，감측조매월접수정기측량혈압화지도복약＞2차，대조조자기견지복약，출현두통、두혼、안화、뇌혈관의외등표현시재래사구진행측량혈압화지도복약혹송주의원치료。결과：감측조혈압공제재정상범위내(140～120/90～60) mm Hg 적인수고우대조조(P＜0.05)，뇌혈관의외、고혈압성심장병등병발증적인수저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：견지정기측량혈압화지도복약대공제고혈압급기병발증구유일정적작용。
Objective:To contrast observe the occurrence or increase effect on high blood pressure control and complications after measuring blood pressure regularly and guiding the medicine antihypertensive drugs.Methods:240 cases of patients with hypertension from 2009 to 2011 were admitted,who were randomly divided into the monitoring group of 128 cases and the control group of 112 cases.The monitoring group received 2 times above regular blood pressure measurement and medication guidance each month,while the control group adhere to their medication,when appeared headache,dizziness,vertigo,cerebrovascular accident ect performance,then they had come to the community to blood pressure measurement and medication guidance or sent to hospital for treatment.Results:The number of people with blood pressure control in the normal range(140~120/90~60)mmHg in the monitoring group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the number of people with cerebral vascular accident,hypertensive heart disease and other complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insist on regular blood pressure measurement and medication guidance has a certain effect on the control of hypertension and its complications.
