目的:探讨总统牌西洋参胶囊的遗传毒性,为其应用提供安全性毒理学评价依据。方法:采用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)试验,检测小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率。结果:总统牌西洋参胶囊三个剂量组的微核发生率均在正常范围内,与阴性对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与阳性对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:总统牌西洋参胶囊对骨髓细胞染色体无损伤作用。

목적:탐토총통패서양삼효낭적유전독성,위기응용제공안전성독이학평개의거。방법:채용소서골수기다염홍세포(PCE)시험,검측소서골수기다염홍세포미핵솔。결과:총통패서양삼효낭삼개제량조적미핵발생솔균재정상범위내,여음성대조조비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),여양성대조조상비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:총통패서양삼효낭대골수세포염색체무손상작용。
Objective:To investigate the genetic toxicity of The president Brand American ginseng capsule to bone marrow cell,to provide toxicological safety evaluation for the application.Methods:We used the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte(PCE)test for detection of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus rate.Results:Micronucleus rate of the three dose groups of The president Brand American ginseng capsule were within the normal range,compared with the negative control group,there were no significant difference(P>0.05).There was significant difference compared with the positive control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The president Brand American ginseng capsule has no damage effect on bone marrow cell chromosome.
